    In all of our feasibility studies, our architects will provide an initial site design for your review before you start on the next stage.

  • Planning Application Plan

    Planning & Design

    Your Feasibility Study or Site Appraisal will guide you through which of the following services your project requires

    Design: Our team of architects will review your initial site sketch with you and discuss any changes or other possible site designs with you. They will then work with your chosen manufacturer to design your new units and create the required drawings for your relevant application along with visualisations, so you are 100% satisfied with your proposal before the application stage.

    Pre-application: After an initial review, we may recommend a pre-application (pre-app). This is a preliminary application submitted to your local planning authority. They will review it, give a likelihood of planning approval, and recommend additional reports.

    Householder application: This application is for anyone looking to add an extension or annexe to their property. Get in touch with our team today to ensure this is the right service for you.

    Full planning application: This service is for clients who are looking to change the use of the land and add new accommodation units to their land. We highly recommend getting a planning review or feasibility study before committing to this.

  • Site Under Construction

    Project Delivery

    Once planning approval is granted, usually, some elements of your proposal will require a building warrant application. In most cases, your proposed units are built-to-park home regulations. However, the drainage and package treatment plant will require a building warrant application. We can assist you in submitting this, working alongside you and your preferred drainage/groundworks crew to get your application approved and signed off by the applicable environment regulator to discharge wastewater into the environment.

    We can also guide you through the steps in making sure that the relevant site visits are carried out by the council so your building control application can be completed.

    We can also liaise with your chosen manufacturer and groundworks team to ensure smooth delivery of your project.
