One Application Approved and One Submitted - May Update

Spring is always a busy time as people look to get approval for their projects before the start of the summer season. Following on from the success in April, Greenfinch had a further application approved for an annexe in Aberdeenshire. Thanks to the fantastic work of our architects and planners, the application was approved within the 8-week determination period and with no recommencement conditions, meaning our clients could crack on with the project delivery stage.

May also included the submission of a farm diversification project in Eaglesfield. The client came to us looking to generate more income from their farm to allow them to carry out essential maintenance work that was required. After back a fourth discussion with the client on design and layout, the application has been submitted, and we hope that a swift determination is issued.
