Our client wanted to create a welcoming space for their family and friends to stay when visiting. They chose the Z20 unit from our delivery partner, Iron & Pine, offering generous living space and a kitchen.

 Our architects collaborated with the existing home design and various utility connections, utilising the client's previous pre-app advice to craft a proposal sympathetic to the landscape. Our team of planners submitted the application, which was approved in eight weeks, granting the client permission in just over three months from their initial call.
